DESCRIPTION:
The Schneider House was designed to be a flagship in green building and energy efficiency and to house Schneider’s full team of staff.
Schneider Electrical is seen as a leader in the energy efficiency market and this reputation had to be expressed by the architecture. Sustainable design principles dictated the building form and material choices. State of the art energy efficient systems were employed to control the interior climates of their headquarters. Corporate office park design guidelines were also used to direct the design of this facility.
