DESCRIPTION:
This project required the renovation and extension of a 1940’s house in Waverley. Since the existing structure was rundown most of the roof and existing walls had to be rebuilt. This gave the building a completely new face. The new layout which had to accommodate a family of five was designed for family living and entertaining. The three north facing bedrooms were designed to live onto a shared patio. A large entertainment room that links to the kitchen and living room opens up to the north and lives out onto a boma and patio on the more private southern side.
